Scott and Ruth Osborn have created a lively mecca for locally sourced foods-to-go, homestead cheeses paired with flights of Fox Run wines and a seasonally influenced menu. With a sharp focus on New York artisanal and organic products, visitors to the winery can choose from a rich diversity of new-world cheeses, local charcuturie, and a host of specialty foods from small producers across the state.
In the summer months, fresh produce from Fox Run’s vegetable garden, overseen by gardener Todd Eichas, co-owner of New Vines Bed & Breakfast, located just up the road from the winery is featured. Open daily from April to November, the café features several different artisan cheese boards, carefully paired with 4 different Fox Run wines selected by winemaker Peter Bell and the staff. The flights allow for a thoughtful focus on signature wines of the estate – like the award-winning Rieslings, Lemberger and Cabernet Franc. The café features indoor and outdoor dining overlooking breathtaking views of Seneca Lake.
