Ruth Osborn - Comptroller
After moving to New York state in 1980 Ruth worked as a legal assistant. In 1989, she was asked to lead a small construction and development company that specialized in purchasing Victorians and rehabilitating them to turn them into high end rental units. As the company grew they began to build affordable housing in small rural communities. Under Ruth's leadership they began a Victorian period development in Honeoye Falls, NY with brick streets, shops, and living units capturing the small town atmosphere of the late 1900’s.
In 1993 the owner of her company invested in a winery project and she was asked to take on another project as comptroller of Fox Run Vineyards, Inc. where she managed the overall accounting operations of the company. In 1998 she married Scott Osborn and moved to the winery with her two children Jessica and Michael where they all reside in the 1870 restored Eastlake Victorian.
